A Few of My Favourite Things

Hi, my name is Helene and I am an A&E doctor but with a strong love of animals and being blessed for the last 3 decades with the most amazing animal based teachers I learnt to look outside the box of conventional health and find what was natural  that could help where too often I was out of options with the medicine I was taught and was more familiar. 

In the pathway to good health for my pets I found my own too, and I've come to appreciate the value of natural solutions. The more we can do that is both good for the earth and good for our bodies, the better! 

I would love to teach you more about how to use one of my favourite natural solutions, essential oils, to feel better and live well.
