You know the cliche phrase “you are what you eat”?
What if we change that to “You are what you think”?
There is a reason that gratitude, positive thinking, intention setting, speaking affirmations to yourself are making a huge resurgence in the last decade.
If you are constantly talking down yourself, your brain holds on to that and overtime it takes a long time to change.
Start feeding your brain positive thinking.
Start with affirmations. For example, if you do not have a good body image, pick out one thing you love about yourself and repeat it (out loud) to yourself 10-15 times in the mirror with confidence and love.
Roll on your Rose touch (the highest vibrational oil) over your heart as you say these affirmations to yourself.
Have you tried affirmations yet? I’ve really found the Miracle Morning App powerful for achieving this and I have now been consistent for over 30 days! Read the

Gratitude. The things you are thankful for. No, it’s not Thanksgiving. Gratitude is gaining more traction because it really works.
Gratitude can increase your energy, calm your nervous system, and improve your outlook on life.
The easiest way to get started is to journal 5 things each day you are grateful for. You can’t repeat them. As you continue journaling, you will see how much you truly have. 🥰
The easy ones are obviously: family, friends, your job or business, a roof over your head.
Dig a little deeper: electricity, clean running water, excess food in the house, paying taxes because it means you have income.
Roll on this Gratitude Blend:
💧 5 drops Ylang Ylang
💧 8 drops Bergamot
💧 5 drops Wild Orange
💧 3 drops Clary Sage
💧 5 drops Hawaiian Sandalwood
Top off with FCO in a 10 mL roller. Roll on your pulse points and get to journaling.
Do this each day for 30 days and let me know how it goes. 👇
