Lemon Kale Crisps

This is a great way to get kale into your diet – I have to confess I am not a fan of this excellent cruciferous vegetable that is so great for our health – but I sneak little bits in to my smoothies and I absolutely love it like this. I use seaweed flakes as a replacement for salt and sometimes i don’t bother with olive oil and just blend the lemon oil with water instead!
